WoodWing heeft de toegang tot Studio gedeeltelijk hersteld. Een beperkt aantal gebruikers met een drukdeadline kan voorlopig weer inloggen. Die hebben we rechtstreeks benaderd.
Voor alle andere gebruikers blijft Studio offline totdat WoodWing de PHP-beveiligingsupdate heeft doorgevoerd. Wanneer dat is, weten we nog niet. Een foutmelding bij het inloggen is tot die tijd normaal.

Zodra Studio voor iedereen weer werkt, melden we dat hier.
Update 14:20 uur
Studio is nog offline. De PHP-beveiligingsupdate waar WoodWing op wacht, staat gepland voor vandaag om 16:00 uur. Daarna moet WoodWing de update nog doorvoeren, dus we weten nog niet wanneer Studio weer werkt.
WoodWing onderzoekt of een beperkte toegang mogelijk is voor titels met een drukdeadline vandaag. De betrokken redacties hebben we hierover rechtstreeks benaderd. De volgende update volgt na 16:00 uur, of eerder als er nieuws is.

Studio is nog offline. WoodWing wacht op de beveiligingsupdate van PHP en heeft nog geen hersteltijd gegeven.
Limited availability

WoodWing has partly restored access to Studio. For now, a limited number of users with a print deadline can log in again. We have contacted them directly.
For all other users, Studio remains offline until WoodWing has applied the PHP security update. We don't know yet when that will be. Until then, an error message when logging in is expected.

Studio is still offline. The PHP security update WoodWing is waiting for is scheduled for today at 16:00 CEST (15:00 UK). WoodWing will then need to apply it, so we don't know yet when Studio will be back.
WoodWing is looking into limited access for titles with a print deadline today. We have contacted the editorial teams concerned directly. Does your title have a print deadline today and haven't you heard from us yet? Please get in touch using the button at the bottom of this page.

Studio is still offline. WoodWing is waiting for the PHP security update and has not given a restore time yet.

What is happening?
Today at 10:51 CEST (09:51 UK time), WoodWing took all Studio environments worldwide offline as a precaution, because of a critical security update for PHP, the software Studio runs on. This affects all WoodWing customers, there is nothing wrong with your account or title.
What does this mean for you?
Studio in the browser and WoodWing in InDesign are temporarily unavailable. An error such as "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" or "403 Forbidden: You don't have permission to access this resource" is therefore expected.
